At Sterling by Music Man, we want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Pack the instrument securely in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
